When you make a reservation with us, we will verbally go over everything in detail, and we will also follow up, in writing, everything that we tell you. With every Rental Confirmation, we will send a comprehensive packet of written information with everything you need to know, and a map that will lead you to your vacation home. We handle everything through the mail.

We love what we are doing and feel we truly do offer a Vacation-of-a-Lifetime. Going to one of our homes will give you a wonderful experience that will last long after the vacation ends. You will have wonderful memories of the time spent with those you love.

For a couple, if you wish, you can find total solitude and only speak to each other for your entire vacation. Families will find that their children and grandchildren will still be talking about the summer at the beach when they become adults. Your children may bring their own children back to vacation at the beach so they can give them the same wonderful memories that you gave them as a child. We know this to be true since we have been told this by many second-generation customers.

Many people tell us that the only vacations they remember were the ones where they went to the beach as a child. This is such a treasured time for children because, at no other time, do they get their parents or grandparents undivided attention. They get to play games with you and, yes, get to talk to you, without the phone or the doorbell ringing. Time is always in such short supply in our hectic world. We never seem to have enough time to do the things that are truly important, like spending leisurely time with the people that you care about. We have no telephones and no TV's. When you arrive, you will take off your watch and will have no need to look at it again until it is time to go back to civilization. There are no schedules to keep. Your own body will be your clock to do what ever feels good at the moment.

Everyone will spend their time taking long walks on the beach, picking up sea shells, playing in the surf, taking a nap when they feel like it, grilling fresh seafood on the BBQ, or just sitting on the porch and discussing things like the dolphins that keep swimming by and how gorgeous the sunset was last night. On a clear night, the stars seem to touch the ground. (Most of us never see stars anymore when we live in cities.) When everything is quiet, be sure to lie back in a lounge chair with your eyes closed and listen to the rhythm of the waves. You will feel an awesome feeling flow over your body and soul.

We know that you are looking for something that is clean and well maintained. We have a full support team of maintenance and cleaning people in Mexico that do an Excellent Job in keeping our homes in great shape. We personally inspect each of the homes every 30 days to be sure they are always in great shape. We replace furniture when needed and continually update the decorating touches throughout the homes on a regular basis.

The homes have been built with the amenities that we know you expect to find and you will feel comfortable with.  These are 12 private 1 to 4 bedroom homes "right on the beach" rented year round. We can accommodate groups of 2 to 27.

All of our Beachfront Homes are outside of town in 3 different upscale American communities that are low populated and very safe, compared to most U.S. cities. All of them have beautiful white sand beaches with gentle tides. The swimming is excellent and safe for your children. Rocky Point is also only a 4 hour drive from either Phoenix or Tucson, AZ, and it is only a 1 hour drive into Mexico. The town is also in an area called the "Free Zone". This means that you don't need a passport. You will need to get Mexican insurance on your vehicle, however. We will be happy to provide you with some phone numbers where you can purchase the insurance. It is very reasonable.

Each house has a Large Porch and is All Glass on the ocean side. We provide very nice patio furniture for your use on the porch because that is where you will spend most of your time. All homes have a kitchen, living room with fireplace and 2 baths.
