| 1. RENTAL PERIOD is indicated on your receipt. You may arrive as early as 6 P.M. the day before your rental period begins. Check out time is 3 P.M. of the last day written on your receipt. |
5. ALL MONIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE (Sorry no refunds for cancellation)
The Rental Deposit is 100% Refundable, if you Return the Keys by Mail, Comply with the Rental Agreement, and Leave the House Clean Without Damage. Expect 1 to 3 weeks for the return of your deposit, from our receipt of the key. |

2. TERMS:
UNDER 90 DAY Advance
Reservations: Send 2
checks.
One for the Full Rent, which must be a cashiers check or money order and the other for the $200
Deposit can be a personal check. Both
checks must reach us within 3 days of making a commitment to
rent.
OVER
90 DAY Advance
Reservations: You may send 3
Checks
if you wish:
1st Check: 1/2 of rent with current
date; 2nd
Check: 1/2 of rent, post-dated 60 days before the first day of occupancy;
and the 3rd
Check: is the $200 deposit,
also post-dated 60 days before first day of occupancy. All
3 Checks
must reach us within 3 days of making a commitment to rent.

6. ITEMS TO BRING - Linens (towels, dish towels, pillow cases and sheets for Queen size beds), Food, Drinking Water,
Paper Towels, Insect Repellent, Flashlight, Pressed Fire Logs,
Key, Literature, (Paper plates & Cups optional), Rental Receipt, and
bring your own Lawn Furniture to use in the
sand. |

7. Renter shall release owner, or agents of owner from any injury to renter or guests of renter resulting from any cause whatsoever, except injury or damage resulting from the willful, intentional and malicious acts of owner
and agents. |
| 3. OCCUPANCY of each house is limited to the number of beds in the house,

8. Renter acknowledges by payment of rent that any litigation over rental disputes, or other, shall be settled in Rocky Point, pursuant to Mexican law and limited to actual out-of-pocket monetary loss. |
